SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does delivery take? We deliver across Egypt within 3 to 5 business days.

How much is shipping? Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location (Governorate).

Can I open and check the package before paying? Yes, we allow inspection upon delivery. You can open the package while the courier is present to ensure you received the correct item and size. If you choose not to accept it, you only pay the shipping fees.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

What is your exchange policy? We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• If the size doesn't fit, we can exchange it for you (standard shipping fees apply for the exchange trip).

SIZING

How do I choose the right size? Our fits are generally Oversized/Relaxed. Please check the "Find your size" chart on the product page. If you are still unsure, send us your height and weight on Instagram, and we will recommend the perfect size for you.
